In the initial consultation we’ll get together to discuss your ideas, requirements and visions for the project. We’ll also talk about style, budgets, timeframes, designs and anything else needed to help get the ball rolling on your dream becoming a reality. We’ll then walk you through our process in detail, so you know exactly what to expect.
Following our initial consultation, we’ll take everything we discussed and create a design brief to propose to you. Complete with scope of works and benchmark pricing, our proposal will detail everything you need to know about the entire building project. No diamond ring sorry, just an incredible home at the end of it all.
Once you have reviewed, accepted and signed our proposal, we’ll work through the rest of the paperwork together. This involves finalising the building documentation including the plans, inclusions and costings as well as scheduling the construction timeframe and completion dates—all the exciting things that need to be put in place before your custom home build can begin to take shape.
Once all the paperwork is finalised, we can commence your custom home build! It’s important to us that you feel included and supported throughout the whole process. We’re available to you—over phone or email—whenever you need. We’ll also keep you up to date with how things are progressing, so you’re never left in the dark. Before you know it, your dream home will be complete. We’ll meet you at the site to hand over keys and reintroduce you to your new home. With our handover pack in arm, we’ll guide you through each aspect of your new home, carefully explaining how to operate the appliances and ensuring you have everything you need to make your transition as smooth as possible. Then it’s over to you to revel in the comfortable luxury of your new Custom Built home.
